鈦及鈦合金絲軋制是以(yi)鈦(tai)及鈦(tai)合(he)(he)(he)金(jin)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)坯(成盤(pan)(pan)的(de)或單(dan)根(gen)的(de))為(wei)原料(liao),通(tong)過拉拔而得(de)到的(de)成盤(pan)(pan)的(de)或單(dan)根(gen)的(de)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)制品,包括碘(dian)化鈦(tai)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)、鈦(tai)鉬(mu)合(he)(he)(he)金(jin)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)、鈦(tai)鉭合(he)(he)(he)金(jin)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)、工(gong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)純(chun)鈦(tai)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)及其他鈦(tai)合(he)(he)(he)金(jin)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)。碘(dian)化鈦(tai)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)用于儀器、儀表、電(dian)子(zi)等(deng)工(gong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)部門(men)。Ti-15Mo合(he)(he)(he)金(jin)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)為(wei) 真空(kong)鈦(tai)離子(zi)泵吸氣(qi)源材料(liao)。Ti-15Ta合(he)(he)(he)金(jin)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)為(wei) 真空(kong)工(gong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)部門(men)的(de)吸氣(qi)材料(liao)。工(gong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)純(chun)鈦(tai)及其他鈦(tai)合(he)(he)(he)金(jin)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)包括工(gong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)純(chun)鈦(tai)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)、Ti-3A1線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)、Ti-4A1-0.005B線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)、Ti-5 AI線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)、Ti-5 Al-2.5Sn線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)、Ti-5 Al-2.5Sn-3Cu-l.5Zr線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)、Ti-2A1_1.5Mn線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)、Ti-3A1-1.5Mn線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)、Ti-5 A1-4V線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)、Ti-6A1-4V線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)等(deng),用作耐蝕零(ling)件、電(dian)極材料(liao)、焊接材料(liao)等(deng),高強TB2和(he)TB3合(he)(he)(he)金(jin)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)材用于航空(kong)和(he)航天(tian)領域(yu)。
(1) 加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱制度(du)(du)及(ji)終(zhong)軋(ya)溫度(du)(du)。β型鈦(tai)(tai)合(he)金(jin)(jin)軋(ya)前(qian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱溫度(du)(du)稍低于(a+P)/P相(xiang)變(bian)溫度(du)(du)。軋(ya)制過(guo)程在a+P相(xiang)區完(wan)成;《型鈦(tai)(tai)合(he)金(jin)(jin)在a+p相(xiang)區內加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱;(3型鈦(tai)(tai)合(he)金(jin)(jin)的加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱溫度(du)(du)高于p轉變(bian)溫度(du)(du)。加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱時間(jian)按1~1.5mm/min計算(suan)。鈦(tai)(tai)及(ji)鈦(tai)(tai)合(he)金(jin)(jin)棒坯軋(ya)前(qian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱溫度(du)(du)及(ji)型材終(zhong)軋(ya)溫度(du)(du)與乳制棒材的終(zhong)乳溫度(du)(du)基本相(xiang)同(tong)。
(2) 其(qi)他(ta)工藝參數的選擇。由于鈦(tai)及鈦(tai)合金軋(ya)制(zhi)型材的產量(liang)大,制(zhi)品長度(du)不宜過(guo)短,軋(ya)制(zhi)速(su)度(du)不宜過(guo)大,在實際生產過(guo)程中,采用的軋(ya)制(zhi)速(su)度(du)一般為1~3m/s。
(3) 根據鈦(tai)(tai)(tai)合(he)(he)(he)金(jin)(jin)(jin)的變形(xing)抗力、寬展值和延伸量,選擇適合(he)(he)(he)于鈦(tai)(tai)(tai)合(he)(he)(he)金(jin)(jin)(jin)的各類鋼型(xing)材的軋(ya)(ya)輥孔型(xing)軋(ya)(ya)制鈦(tai)(tai)(tai)合(he)(he)(he)金(jin)(jin)(jin)型(xing)材。如(ru)果鈦(tai)(tai)(tai)合(he)(he)(he)金(jin)(jin)(jin)型(xing)材批(pi)量大,可以根據鈦(tai)(tai)(tai)合(he)(he)(he)金(jin)(jin)(jin)的特(te)性設計鈦(tai)(tai)(tai)合(he)(he)(he)金(jin)(jin)(jin)專用的軋(ya)(ya)輥孔型(xing)軋(ya)(ya)制鈦(tai)(tai)(tai)合(he)(he)(he)金(jin)(jin)(jin)型(xing)材。
